Yes, this MOLLE Panel will work with spray-in bed liners and carpeted truck bed mats. The panel will not work with drop-in bed liners or carpeted bed liners.
Each MOLLE Panel has a dynamic load rating not to exceed 75 lbs. and a static load rating not to exceed 200 lbs. Please note that the panels are designed to carry a max. distribution load of 200 lbs. and are not intended for use as a tie-down point.
